By accessing our website or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you use Violet on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
The service
Violet is a multi-tenant platform for pentest reporting and compliance evidence. We provide it on a subscription basis as described in your order or plan.
Your responsibilities
- Keep credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised access.
- Only upload data you are entitled to process.
- Use the platform lawfully and not to harm others or our infrastructure.
Data ownership
You own the content you upload. We process it solely to provide the service, under the Data Processing Agreement. You can export your data at any time.
Availability & support
We aim for high availability and provide support per your plan. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.
Fees
Fees are as set out in your order or plan. Unless stated otherwise, they are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Termination
Either party may terminate per the order terms. On termination you can export your data, after which it is deleted on the schedule in the DPA.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Violet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Violet Solutions S.L. within the European Union, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
